Sunday’s Meditation Class
Through years of personal practice, experiential understanding, and formal training and certification as a meditation teacher, I offer a one-hour meditation class every Sunday from 6:00–7:00 PM PST.
Each session is a guided inward journey to help you reconnect with inner wisdom, cultivate peace, and expand awareness. Drawing on intuitive and channeled guidance unique to each group, every meditation unfolds organically as a deeply personal yet collective experience.

Private Meditation Session
You can schedule a private meditation session written through channeled wisdom specifically for you. You may choose an issue that you are working through, or a quality that you’d like to expand in yourself, or have the divine choose for you. You will also recieve the meditation in PDF form so that you may easily continue the practice on your own.
